Police Report Fees

The following fees for copies of police reports are effective October 1, 2021.

  • Offense Report (Public record information only) - $15.00
  • Accident Reports -  $15.00
  • Attorney Request for records (Signed motion for production of records) - $15.00
  • Police Video (Burned to CD/DVD) - $25.00 per incident
  • Reports provided on "Jump Drive" - add $15.00
  • Archive Search - $25.00/hr, minimum 1 hr.

  • Fingerprinting services effective October 13, 2021:
    • Resident - No charge
    • Non-resident - $25.00
    • USD 266 Applicant - No charge
    • Two (2) cards maximum, $5.00 for any additional cards.

All fees must be paid at time of request.  Requests must be made in person or in writing to the Police Clerk at the address below.  Anything other than public information requires a court order.  Dates of birth, social security and driver's license numbers will be redacted to protect privacy on public record information.  Records will be available within 2-10 working days of the incident.
